What to do on a Sunday without surfing. A good idea is a little excursion to Corralejo. Every Thursday and Sunday there is a traditional market at „El campanario“ from 10 am until 2 pm. You can find many different things like jewelry and drawing from the island. Everything is handmade and they are also able to design you new bracelets with your chosen colours and charms. There is also the possibility to get a henna tattoo.
If you are in the mood you can loaf through the city center afterwards. Most of the shops are also opened on Sundays.
If you get hungry after all there is a quite lovely tapas bar on the big square behind the shell gasstation. It is called „La Plaza“ and they offer a great variety of traditional spanish food.
