At the beginning of every surfsession is one thing very important: the warm-up 

As in many other sports, the warming up is the first thing you do bevor you hit the water. It prevents your body of injurys. Our surfclass starts with a light run at the beach for pepping up the cardiovascular system. After that, they warm up thier muscles and joints, because these are parts of the body which will be used a lot. Afterwards the students are streching thier bodys. Very helpfull at his part of the warm up is the YOGA lesson, in which they can take part every evening. In the YOGA lessons they lern how to breath and how they do the warm up right to prevent of aching muscles. 

We don’t know why our students are picking one’s noses….

but we know that there were awesome waves for our surfclass today – beginner and intermediate. Everybody can find the right wave here on Fuerteventura.
