The terrace and the great picnic area invite you to exchange ideas together. Here you can talk about all topics, not only about surfing, and make or deepen social contacts.
El Roque: The home of the surf villa in Fuerteventura
El Roque? This is the small village in front of El Cotillo. What seems very secluded at first glance is in fact just around the corner: In only 15 minutes walk from the surf villa you are already with us at the surf school, in only 10 at the entrance to the village and thus at the supermarket. The most beautiful thing about El Roque is the seclusion that comes with it. Behind the surf villa on Fuerteventura and your terrace is a large garden, then two houses – and then nothing. An unobstructed view to free your mind from everyday stress and to slow down.
By the way, if you are traveling with a rental car, the surf camp on Fuerteventura in El Roque is a great starting point to go surfing. At Cotillo Beach, our house beach, you are within a few minutes via the off-road path in front of the house – a dream for every surfer’s heart. The Northshore with its numerous reef breaks can be reached via El Cotillo within 15 minutes by car.
In the other direction, it’s 5 minutes from El Roque to Lajares: from there you’ll quickly be in Majanicho, a great longboard wave, or in another fifteen minutes on the east coast. Can you ask for more?
