The Solero Apartment on Fuerteventura is in a privileged location just a stone’s throw from one of the most beautiful beaches of Fuerteventura: the lagoon beach of El Cotillo.
The lovingly furnished, fully equipped holiday home is at a dreamlike place with all the comfort you are used from home. You will feel right at home at the ocean.
The apartment radiates warmth and has a spacious layout. The freshly renovated apartment complex is built around a swimming pool. The pool and the children’s pool invite you to swim & splash around, the sun beds invite you to linger & relax.
The pool is protected from the wind and offers to cool you down on hot days.

The bedroom #1
Here you can relax and indulge in your daydreams. If you leave the windows open during the night you can sometimes listen to the ocean at night. In the morning the sun will wake you and you can start the day fresh and well rested.
The bedroom #2
The bedroom # 2 has two single beds of 90 x 200 cm and is beautiful and functional furnished. Here you can relax, enjoy the view of the pool and dream of your next day at the ocean.
The Casa Solero Living room
Here you can have breakfast together with your friends or your family and spend some quality time together. You can enjoy the view from the terrace to El Roque or relax on the small terrace. Spoil yourself – after all you are on holiday!
The terrace
This is your view from the living room of Casa Solero Apartment. Let your mind wander. On the terrace you can have a nice breakfast in the morning and early birds can admire the beautiful sunrise over the volcanoes. The terrace is equipped with a big table, chairs and some nice plants.
The kitchen & dining area
The apartment is fully equipped for self-caterer. Our open plan kitchen as well as the cooking and dining area makes the heart of every cook beat faster. Spices and other durable supplies of previous guests are left in the apartment. A small supermarket is just around the corner of the apartment complex, other supermarkets are about a 10-minute-walk away. Everything for your physical well-being is definitely provided here in #El Cotillo.
The bathroom
Shower and freshen up – that’s what our bathroom with its big mirror is made for! Towels are included in the price. But please remember to bring your own beach towel. Thank you very much!

The balcony faces the courtyard with pool, has a lounge area and a grill where you can have a delicious barbeque.
Swimming pool and sun terrace
At the large community pool you can relax wonderfully. Sun beds invite you to relax and there is a separate children’s pool for the kids. Showers and changing rooms complete this great terrace.

Our Solero Apartment on Fuerteventura offers you a beautiful ambience in Bali Style and invites you to relax.
The apartment Solero has a furnished balcony overlooking the swimming pool where you can enjoy the sun from the late morning. Casa Solero also has a terrace overlooking the vast landscape of Fuerteventura, with the small village El Roque and volcanoes at the horizon. The apartment disposes of a bedroom with single beds, as well as a bedroom with a queen size bed. The open plan kitchen and our living room with dining area offer lots of space to rest & relax.
Furnishing and equipment of our Solero Apartment on Fuerteventura
Our apartment is fully equipped with dish washer, washing machine, coffee machine, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, induction Ceran hob as well as an oven. In addition, there is an ironing board, iron and all household utensils. The apartment is fully equipped and has next to all the mentioned amenities TV with local channels (including USB-connection to enjoy your own movies), internet (Wi-Fi) and ventilators.
The biggest highlight, next to the location, is certainly the large swimming pool in the courtyard. Included in the price are towels and bed linen which are changed weekly. The final cleaning is not included in the price and costs 60€. An additional interim cleaning of the apartment is possible on request for an extra charge.

Our Solero Apartment on Fuerteventura in El Cotillo is located in a residential complex one street away from the sea and virtually a shell’s throw away from the dream like lagoon beaches of El Cotillo: The beach is fine and white sand – simply dreamlike.
It is very good for swimming as it is a lagoon, enclosed by black lava stone and with crystal clear, turquoise water. At low tide you can observe many fishes and crabs at the lava stones.
Our surf school and the yoga studio are a 10 minute walk away from our apartment. The beach break of El Cotillo, a great surfer beach, is about a 12 minute walk away from Casa Solero. There are also plenty of parking spaces in front of the house.

On which days can I arrive?
At FreshSurf you can arrive on any day. You can check-in to our Solero Apartment from 17h00. Please send us your arrival time and flight number ahead of time. Check-out is at 10h00!
Would you recommend a rental car?
Discovering the island in a rental car is definitely the nicest way. With a rental car you can also check out all the different surf spots or go surfing independently before or after your surf lessons. Fuerteventura is the home of many natural gems and getting there is much easier with your own car.
How far is the Solero Apartment from the surf school?
The Casa Solero Apartment is about a 10 minute-walk or a 3 minute car-drive away from the surf school. If you want you can of course take the scenic route through the beautiful little streets of El Cotillo, along the water and the old harbor.
Accommodation services
Staying additional nights depends on the booking situation and costs 120€ per night.
Towels, bed linen and final cleaning
Towels and bed linen are included. We will charge you an extra 60€ for the final cleaning. If you want, we can organize an interim cleaning as well (for 60€). Otherwise we ask you to take care of the cleanliness of the apartment – just like at home.
When do my surf lessons start?
At FreshSurf you can start every day except Sundays with your surf lessons. Normally we plan for you to start your surf lessons the day after your arrival. If you want to start later, please let us know in advance.
Do you have different levels in your surf lessons?
When you are booking your holiday we ask for your surf level, since we divide our surf lessons in different surf levels. You can read more about the surf levels and what previous knowledge and abilities you need on our surf lesson page.
Can I book additional surf lessons?
If you want to book additional surf lessons you can do so at any moment here in our office in El Cotillo!
