Casa Checa has four cozy apartments. They are close to the desert with a view over the mountains of El Cotillo. Every apartment has one bedroom; perfect for solo travelers or couples. We can offer you the apartments Casa Checa 1 and 2.

With 40m² living space the small apartments are perfect for a solo holiday or cozy couplehood. The open-plan living area are divided into living room and kitchenette, right next to it is a bedroom with double bed.
The apartments share their roof top terrace with great view and a small dining area. Facing east, it is the “place to be” for breakfast. Start your day with a breakfast under the rising start – can it get any better?!

Welcome to El Cotillo
Located at the edge of the village, next to the desert, you are surrounded by nature. You can easily get to the Castillo, the mountains, the ocean and the surf break by foot in a few minutes – perfect to free you mind and get active! Since El Cotillo is a small fishers village, you are quickly at the old harbor, the centre of town or at our surf school.
Above all, the village brings a lot of coziness and relaxation, as everything here is a bit calmer – a nice way to escape from everyday life and slow down on holiday.
Culinary delights
Since the apartments has a kitchenette, you can cook here for yourself. The next supermarket is just a short walk away. There you can get everything you need.
But of course you can let yourself spoil in one of the many restaurants nearby. Just a few meters away from the apartment is for example Olivo Corso a great Spanish restaurant. You can find even more restaurant inspiration in our restaurant guide for El Cotillo.

Learn to surf with us!
With a surf board beneath your feet, you’ll see the ocean and the waves from completely different eyes. As a beginner you start in the white wash where you try your first steps on the board. For advanced surfers we offer surf lessons in the line up of a surf spot where you do your first turns and cutbacks.
You are even more advanced? Check our intermediate surf lessons or our private surf coaching.
All our surf lessons are monitored by professional and licensed surf coaches. You learn to surf in groups of with a maximum of 5-6 people to make sure you get the best attention and can surf with a lot of fun and confidence.
Your holiday program
You have enough from hiking, discovering sun tanning and swimming? We offer you many more activities around surfing, which will enrich your holiday.
In our carver and longboard lessons you learn the basics as well as some tricks which you can easily improve once you are back home. If you need a real work out we recommend a visit of the CrossFit Box in Lajares, where the workout of the day will make you sweat.
