Casa Moana Apartment on Fuerteventura is located in a privileged location and environment, just a stone’s throw away from one of the most beautiful beaches of Fuerteventura, the lagoon of El Cotillo. Furnished with attention to detail, the fully equipped vacation accommodation is located in a dream location with all the comforts you are used to at home. You immediately feel at home by the ocean.
The apartment radiates warmth and has a spacious layout. The freshly renovated apartment building is laid out around a large swimming pool in a U-shape. The pool as well as the children’s pool invite you to swim and splash around, the sun loungers invite you to relax. At the pool, which is protected from the wind, you can cool down on hot days.

The bedroom #1
Here you can relax and indulge in your daydreams. If you leave the windows open during the night you can sometimes listen to the ocean at night. In the morning the sun will wake you and you can start the day fresh and well rested.

The bedroom # 2 has two single beds of 90 x 200 cm and is beautiful and functional furnished. Here you can relax, enjoy the view of the pool and dream of your next day at the ocean.
The Casa Moana Living room
The living room corner is located in bedroom #2 and invites you to relax, netflix or chill. Here you can spend time with your friends or family.
The terrace

The kitchen & dining area
The apartment is equipped for self-catering and the kitchen with dining area fulfills all wishes. Spices and other supplies from previous guests are left in the apartments. A smaller supermarket is located around the corner of the apartment complex and the larger supermarket on the outskirts of Cotillo is about 10 minutes walk away. Your physical well-being is definitely taken care of here in El Cotillo.
The bathroom
Take a shower and freshen up – for this the bathroom is a perfect place. A large mirror to get ready. Towels are also included in the price. However, please bring a beach towel. Thank you very much!
Love for detail
The furnishings are functional and done with attention to detail. The decoration in Bali and surfer style provides a feel-good atmosphere in the apartment.
Swimming pool and sun terrace
At the large community pool you can relax wonderfully. Sun loungers invite you to relax and for the kids there is a separate children’s pool. Showers and changing rooms complete the great terrace

The room layout and view
The lower apartment is located on the first floor and has direct access to the courtyard and the pool. From one of the bedrooms you can access the courtyard. But there is also a separate access. The apartment has two bedrooms, a spacious one in the back with a queen-size bed and one with 2 single beds.
The rear bedroom is equipped with a walk-in closet and an additional desk. The bedroom has two skylights and is pleasantly cool even in summer. The apartment is ideal for a family with children. The bedrooms are connected by the modern kitchen with dining area.
The facilities of Casa Moana Apartment on Fuerteventura
Our Casa Moana Apartment is fully equipped with washing machine, coffee maker, refrigerator, water heater, toaster, microwave, induction hob and oven. In addition, an ironing board, iron and clothes drying rack.
The apartment also has a TV with local channels (including USB port to watch your own movies), Internet (Wi-Fi) and fans.
The biggest highlight after the top location is certainly the large swimming pool in the courtyard. The price includes towels and bed linen. These are changed weekly. The final cleaning is not included in the accommodation price and costs 60 €. Additional cleaning of the apartment is possible on request for an additional charge.

Casa Moana Apartment on Fuerteventura is located in a residential complex one street away from the ocean and virtually a shell’s throw from the gorgeous lagoon beaches of El Cotillo: the beach is fine and white sand – simply gorgeous. You can swim there very well, because it is a lagoon, enclosed by black lava rock and with crystal clear, turquoise water. Under water and in puddles on the lava rock, fish and crabs cavort at low tide.

On which days can I arrive?
At FreshSurf you can arrive on any day. You can check-in to our Moana Apartment from 17h00. Please send us your arrival time and flight number ahead of time. Check-out is at 10h00!
Would you recommend a rental car?
Discovering the island in a rental car is definitely the nicest way. With a rental car you can also check out all the different surf spots or go surfing independently before or after your surf lessons. Fuerteventura is the home of many natural gems and getting there is much easier with your own car.
How far is the Moana Apartment from the surf school?
The Casa Moana Apartment is about a 10 minute-walk or a 3 minute car-drive away from our surf school. If you want you can of course take the scenic route through the beautiful little streets of El Cotillo, along the water and the old harbor.
Accommodation services
Staying additional nights depends on the booking situation and costs 100€ per night.
Towels, bed linen and final cleaning
Towels and bed linen are included. We will charge you an extra 60€ for the final cleaning. If you want, we can organize an interim cleaning as well (for 60€). Otherwise we ask you to take care of the cleanliness of the apartment – just like at home.
When do my surf lessons start?
At FreshSurf you can start every day except Sundays with your surf lessons. Normally we plan for you to start your surf lessons the day after your arrival. If you want to start later, please let us know in advance.
Do you have different levels in your surf lessons?
When you are booking your holiday we ask for your surf level, since we divide our surf lessons in different surf levels. You can read more about the surf levels and what previous knowledge and abilities you need on our surf lesson page.
Can I book additional surf lessons?
If you want to book additional surf lessons you can do so at any moment here in our office in El Cotillo!
